在正时齿轮室盖的结构设计中 ,增强刚度和降低重量是相互矛盾的。有限元模态分析技术作为先进的动态、优化设计方法 ,可使结构具有合理的质量分布。本文应用有限元模态分析方法对ZH110 5柴油机齿轮室盖的模态特性进行了分析 ,运用I -Deas有限元分析软件建立了齿轮室盖的三维几何实体模型 ,求得齿轮室盖的前四阶模态参数和振型。根据上述模态参数 ,提出了提高刚度、减少振动的结构修改方案 ,模态分析的比较结果表明 ,修改后的方案显著改善了结构的振动特性。实践证明 ,有限元模态分析法为设计阶段降低结构振动和噪声提供了有效的途径
In the structural design of the timing gear chamber cover, it is contradictory to increase rigidity and reduce weight. Finite element modal analysis as a dynamic, optimized design method, the structure can have a reasonable mass distribution. In this paper, the modal characteristics of ZH1105 diesel engine gear chamber cover were analyzed by finite element modal analysis method. The three-dimensional geometric solid model of gear chamber cover was established by I-Deas finite element analysis software, the first four Mode modal parameters and mode shapes. Based on the above modal parameters, a structural modification scheme is proposed to improve the rigidity and reduce the vibration. The comparison of modal analysis shows that the modified scheme can significantly improve the vibration characteristics of the structure.
