原国家版权局局长宋木文先生发表在《韶关学院学报》2006年第7期上的《当代中国版权制度建设的历程——〈中国当代版权史〉·序》近日被《新华文摘》2006年第20期全文转载。该文认为,中国版权法学经过世纪之交的跨越式发展已经具有中国自己的特色和气派。它和其他众多社会科学的发展一样,既需要基础理论与应用实践的研究,也需要历史发展研究。版权法学的发展,如果没有历史研究,就会底气不足,缺乏后劲,而由李明山编审主编的《中国当代版权史》,不仅继承了中国的修史传统,也弥补了这方面的缺欠。正所谓,鉴古知今,见微知著;承前启后,继往开来。
Mr. Song Muwen, former director of the State Copyright Administration, published “History of Copyright System Construction in Contemporary China - Preface to Contemporary Chinese Copyright” on “Issue 7 of 2006” of “Journal of Shaoguan University” Period full text reprint. The article holds that China’s copyright law has its own characteristics and style after leaps and bounds in the turn of the century. Like many other social sciences, it requires both basic theory and applied practice as well as historical development. If there is no historical research, the development of copyright jurisprudence will be lackluster and lacks staying power. The “History of Contemporary Chinese Copyright” edited by Li Ming-shan edits not only inherits the tradition of Chinese history, but also makes up for the deficiencies in this respect. As the saying goes, ancient knowledge of ancient and modern, see the micro-knowledge; Chengqian Kai, the future.
