为加强水力水电系统爆破经验的交流,水电部科技司和水电总局召开的全国第一次水电站工程爆破会议,于1983年12月19～23日在浙江云和县紧水滩水电站工地召开,有58个单位的139名代表参加。会议收到70余篇论文,有61人在大、小会上进行了宣读。从交流论文的内容看,水力水电系统的爆破在国内同行中处于中间状态,在地下工程和控制爆破
In order to strengthen the exchange of blasting experience in hydropower systems, the first hydropower project blasting meeting held by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Administration of Hydropower was held on December 19-23, 1983 at the Jishuitan hydropower station in Yunhe County, Zhejiang Province, with 58 139 representatives from the unit participated. The conference received more than 70 papers, 61 people were read in large and small meetings.
