系统节能是运用系统工程和系统分析方法于节能管理、控制和决策中的一种综合方法。为解决我国钢铁企业在开展系统节能中出现的一些问题,本文以决策论、组织学及协调论为理论指导,结合系统节能具体内容,讨论了系统节能的决策、组织和协调等问题,尤其针对我国目前大多数钢铁企业基础素质和管理水平较差的情况,提出了在当前推广系统节能中需要采取一种更具实用性的协调方法——妥协。
System energy-saving is the use of systems engineering and systems analysis methods in energy-saving management, control and decision-making in an integrated approach. In order to solve some problems that Chinese iron and steel enterprises have in developing system energy conservation, this paper, guided by decision theory, histology and coordination theory, combined with the specific content of energy conservation, discusses the decision-making, organization and coordination of energy-saving system, At present, most of the iron and steel enterprises in our country have poor basic quality and management level, and have proposed that we should adopt a more practical coordination method - compromise in the current promotion of system energy conservation.
