剖宫产术并发症的防治

我国自70年代起剖宫产率逐年上升,最高报道达50%,同时其并发症种类和数量伴随增多,有报道达40余种。因此,剖宫产术并发症的防治更显重要。现将几种主要并发症防治经验总结如下。一、术后子宫弛缓出血因为产妇有重度妊高征、羊水过多症、胎儿过大、产程延长、胎盘早剥、前置胎盘等影响子宫缩复因素。防治:发生于术中可按摩子宫、子宫热敷、子宫肌注射宫缩剂。如不缓解可行子宫动脉结扎、子宫切除以保存产妇生命。如为子宫胎盘剥离面出血,可用肠线立
