目的:应用冷冻数控铣削技术获取颞骨标本的薄层断面解剖数据。方法:选择2例4侧国人成年尸体颞骨标本,先使用多层螺旋CT扫描,再经明胶包埋和深低温冷冻后用数控铣床制成层厚为0.1mm的耳颞部连续横断面,数码相机摄影,计算机保存数据,然后与同一标本的CT图像进行对照。结果:2例标本分别获得259幅和265幅层厚为0.1mm的横断层图像,颞骨的重要解剖结构及其毗邻关系都得到良好显示,与调整角度后的CT图像达到完全一致。结论:应用冷冻数控铣削技术获取的颞骨薄层断面图像,不仅能很好地与多层螺旋CT薄层图像相匹配,而且为颞骨的三维可视化奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To obtain thin section anatomical data of temporal bone specimens by using frozen CNC milling technology. Methods: Two adult cadaveric temporal bone specimens from 4 Chinese were selected. Multi-slice spiral CT scan was used. After gelatin embedding and cryogenic freezing, a digital milling machine was used to make a continuous cross-section of the ear and temple with a thickness of 0.1 mm. Camera photography, computer save the data, and then with the same specimen CT images were compared. Results: 259 and 265 cross-sectional images with thickness of 0.1 mm were obtained in 2 cases respectively. The anatomical structures and their adjacent relations of the temporal bone were well displayed, which were in good agreement with the CT images after the angle adjustment. Conclusion: The thin section images of the temporal bone obtained by the frozen CNC milling technique not only match well with the multi - slice spiral CT images, but also lay the foundation for the 3D visualization of the temporal bone.
