剖宫产历史悠久,由于手术者的技术操作水平、麻醉和解剖相关知识不断提高,腹膜外剖宫产已趋于改进和创新阶段。我院从1989年7月～1990年5月,对顶三角法腹膜外剖宫产和麻醉技术进行了研究和探讨,现将其临床资料、麻醉方法和术式分析报告如下:
