针对目前煤矿定向长钻孔施工中孔底马达与粗径钻具难以通过现有各类夹持器的问题,设计了顶部开放式复合夹持器,并将其应用于ZDY4000LD型全液压履带钻机。为了进一步研究夹持器的输出性能,对夹持器主要元件碟簧进行了数值模拟分析,研究结果表明,夹持器碟簧组的夹持能力大。现场试验结果显示,顶部开放式复合夹持器解决了孔底马达和粗径钻具下放的难题,具有开口量大、开启压力低、性能可靠的优点。
In view of the difficulty that the bottom hole motor and the large diameter drill in the long directional drilling of coal mines are difficult to pass through the existing types of grippers, a top open composite gripping device is designed and applied to ZDY4000LD full hydraulic crawler drilling rig . In order to further study the output performance of the clamper, the numerical simulation analysis of the main element of the clamper is carried out. The results show that the holding capacity of the clamper disc spring set is large. Field test results show that the top open composite gripper solves the problem of bottom hole motors and large diameter drill down, with the advantages of large opening, low cracking pressure and reliable performance.
