2001年2月10日,我们到台湾的第3天。 台湾当局规定,大陆驻点采访记者日常的活动范围只能局限在大台北地区。我们问官方机构,他们先说指的是台北市、台北县和紧邻台北县市的基隆市,后来又确定不包括基隆。除了去南部采访的4天和到苗栗的1天,我们在大台北地区生活、工作了整整26天,对大台北地区进行了一次亲密的接触,也对大台北乃至台湾社会有了全新的体验和认识。
February 10, 2001, we arrived in Taiwan on the 3rd day.
