目的:研究舒通胶囊对燥结失水型便秘通便功能的影响。方法:采用喂饲大米、禁水3 d制备的燥结型便秘模型,观测舒通胶囊高、中、低剂量ig对正常小鼠、燥结便秘小鼠首便时间和4 h内粪点数的影响;观测舒通胶囊ig对正常大鼠、燥结便秘大鼠大肠推进运动影响。结果:疏通胶囊对正常小鼠和大鼠的排便没有影响。燥结便秘小鼠首便时间和4 h内粪点数各给药组与模型组相比均有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中以舒通胶囊高剂量组作用最强(P<0.001);在大肠推进速度和推进率方面,舒通胶囊高、中剂量组与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.001或P<0.01)。结论:舒通胶囊对燥结失水型便秘有润肠通便、增强大肠推进率的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Shutong Capsule on the function of defecation constipation. Methods: The dry-junction constipation model prepared by feeding rice and water forbidden for 3 days was used to observe the time of high-, medium-, and low-dose ig of Shutong capsules in the normal mice and dry constipation mice and the number of fecal points within 4 hours. Effect; Observed the effect of Shutong Capsule ig on colonic propulsion in normal rats and dry knot constipation rats. RESULTS: Shutong Capsule had no effect on defecation of normal mice and rats. Drying constipation mice first stool time and fecal pellet number within 4 h compared with the model group had significant differences (P<0.01 or P<0.05), among which Shutong capsule high-dose group had the strongest effect(P). <0.001); In the large intestine advancing speed and advancing rate, Shutong capsule high and middle dose group compared with the model group was significantly different (P <0.001 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Shutong capsule has the effect of laxative and constipation and promotes the rate of large intestine advancing.
