State Economic and Trade Commission stipulates the examination and approval of utilizing foreign investment to transform existing enterprise projects. The main contents are as follows: I. Reform of Existing Enterprise Projects with Foreign Investment Under the guidance of the state industrial policies, relying on the existing state-owned enterprises as the basis, the Company will transfer the equity interests to all or part of the existing enterprises’ Joint ventures and other means of funding, access to capital, equipment, technology and other incremental inputs, to adjust the product structure of enterprises, improve product quality, improve technology
