小庄煤矿主采煤层4#煤底板是以铝质泥岩为主的软弱岩体,巷道掘进过程中受多种因素影响,引起巷道变形破坏。通过分析中央进风大巷巷道变形特征及原因,提出了治理方案,并以中央进风大巷2#至4#联络巷段巷道为试验段,对治理方案进行了验证。结果表明,该治理方案将巷道变形破坏控制在容许范围内,取得了良好的支护效果和可观的经济效益。
The coal seam 4 # coal floor of the main coal seam of Xiaochuang Mine is a weak rock mass mainly composed of aluminum mudstone. During the tunneling process, it is affected by many factors and causes deformation and destruction of the roadway. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and reasons of roadway deformation in the central wind tunnel, the paper puts forward the control plan and verifies the control plan by taking the roadway from 2 # to 4 # in the entrance tunnel of central airway as test section. The results show that the control scheme can control the deformation and failure of the roadway within the allowable range and achieve good supporting effect and considerable economic benefits.
