蛔虫性腹痛是农村常见急腹症之一,是因蛔虫引起的腹腔脏器的急性疾病的总称。常见的蛔虫性腹痛有肠道蛔虫病、蛔虫性肠梗阻、胆道蛔虫病等疾病。类似祖国医学的虫积、关格、肠结、蛔厥等病证。以突发性腹痛为主症,一般具有发病急、变化快、病情重的特点,如不及时治疗常可发生多种并发症,甚至危及生命。笔者用安蛔调气法,自拟安蛔调气汤治疗本病疗效满意。现就其病因病理、证治规律作一初步探讨。

The author used the method of adjusting the gas with the ampoules and self-made An Qi Diao Tang to treat the disease with satisfactory results. Now we will make a preliminary discussion on the etiology, pathology and law of syndromes and governance.
