我所试验车间在试制4号动力滑台和3号自驱式动力头时,根据试验车间现有条件,对油缸的加工采用了一种简便的方法,就是把普通车床稍微改装一下,再增加一套简单的传动装置(用车床尾座改制)和辅具,就可以使小机床干大活。这种方法很简单,而且在不加工油缸时,将附加的传动装置卸下,车床就可加工其他工件,使机床得到充分利用。这对条件比较差的小厂是很适用的。
