文中讨论了铝电解槽母线经济电流密度的计算问题。证明,在现行电价情况下(0.32~0.77戈比/度),经济电流密度为0.29~0.42安培/毫米~2。改建现有铝电解槽的母线,使其电流密度由0.7降到0.3安培/毫米~2,在经济上是合理的。简述了改建的方法。
In this paper, the calculation of the economic current density of aluminum electrolytic cell busbar is discussed. It is proved that the economic current density is 0.29 ~ 0.42 Amperes / millimeter ~ 2 under the current electricity price (0.32-0.77 kg / degree). It is economically justified to rebuild the busbar of an existing aluminum reduction cell to reduce the current density from 0.7 to 0.3 A / mm2. Briefly describes the method of reconstruction.
