在现代社会的发展背景下,我国教育改革得到了深入发展。尤其是在素质教育推进的前提下,德育工作更是引起了越来越多教育工作者的重视和关注。在小学教育环节中有效开展德育工作对小学生形成良好行为习惯、提升其思想素质将产生十分重要的帮助和影响。但是就现阶段的实际情况上讲,我国小学德育教学工作的实效性还处于较低的水平,很多德育工作都流于形式,没有得到真正发展和完善。针对这种情况,笔者就将对如何提升小学德育工作实效性展开研究,希望对这项工作的开展和完善起到更大的帮助。
Under the background of the development of modern society, the education reform in our country has been further developed. Especially in the premise of promoting quality education, moral education has drawn more and more attention and attention from educators. Effective development of moral education in primary education links to primary school students to form a good behavior and enhance their ideological quality will have a very important help and influence. However, as far as the actual situation at this stage is concerned, the effectiveness of moral education in primary schools in our country is still at a low level. Many moral education work is in a form that has not been truly developed and perfected. In response to this situation, the author will study how to improve the effectiveness of moral education in primary schools, hoping to carry out and improve this work will be more help.
