本文就高速客车所处动态环境的特点及设计原理进行论述。并对国内外高速客车转向架结构的发展趋势及参数优化加以讨论。最后，还将对高速转向架的试验研究进行探讨。
This article discusses the characteristics and design principles of the dynamic environment where high-speed passenger cars are located. The development trend and parameter optimization of high-speed passenger car bogie at home and abroad are also discussed. Finally, the high-speed bogie trial will also be explored.
