近年中小企业融资难已成为各界议论的焦点,老板跑路,公司倒闭接二连三。中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量,促进中小企业发展,是保持国民经济平稳较快发展的重要基础,是关系民生和社会稳定的重大战略任务。本文从信息不对称的角度试图探析中小企业的融资困境,减缓中小企业因资金紧张而引起的关门倒闭。
In recent years, SME financing has become the focus of discussion from all walks of life, the boss ran the road, the company went bankrupt one after another. Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important force in our country’s national economy and social development. Promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important foundation for maintaining the steady and rapid development of the national economy and a major strategic task concerning the livelihood of the people and social stability. This paper attempts to explore the financial difficulties of SMEs from the perspective of information asymmetry and to reduce the closure of SMEs due to financial constraints.
