目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期的疗效观察。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,其中对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用金荞麦合剂,两周为一疗程,一个疗程结束后行疗效对比。结果治疗组在临床疗效、肺功能及血气分析改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was given buckwheat mixture on the basis of the control group, one course of treatment for two weeks and one course of treatment After the curative effect comparison. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in clinical efficacy, pulmonary function and blood gas analysis (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Medicine for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute phase of the exact effect.
