为进一步加大招商引资的力度,银川市日前出台了中介引资奖励政策。其主要内容是: 一、凡引荐资金在该市兴办合资、合作、独资企业的,按实际引进的资金、固定投资额的一定比例,对引资中介人给予一次性奖励。奖金由受益单位支付。其中,生产性项目按5‰计奖;非生产性项目,房地产和餐饮、娱乐业按2‰计奖,其余按3‰计奖。二、凡引荐境内外捐赠发展该市社会公益事业的,按实际接受金额的2%,对引资中介人给予一次性奖励,奖金由受益单位支付。三、凡引荐各种无偿资金的,按实际引资总额的3%,对引资中介人给予一次性奖励,奖金由受益单位支付。
