目的探讨有上消化道症状的50岁以上老年人胃镜检查特征。方法回顾性分析2002年10月2日~2003年9月30日在我院行胃镜检查的50岁以上老年人胃镜检查结果并进行对比研究。结果本组50岁以上老年人疾病检出率为100%,其中慢性浅表性胃炎72%,上消化道恶性肿瘤34.7%,食管炎28.7%,十二指肠球炎10.6%,消化性溃疡9.4%。结论50岁以上老年人上消化道疾病以慢性胃炎、上消化道恶性肿瘤多见。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of gastroscopy in the elderly over 50 years with upper gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the gastroscopy results of elderly patients over the age of 50 who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from October 2, 2002 to September 30, 2003 and compared them. Results The detection rate of disease in the elderly over 50 years old was 100%, including 72% of chronic superficial gastritis, 34.7% of upper gastrointestinal cancer, 28.7% of esophagitis, 10.6% of duodenal inflammation and peptic ulcer 9.4%. Conclusion The elderly patients over 50 years old with chronic gastritis, upper gastrointestinal cancer more common.
