目的观察一组营养不良性疾病脉络膜血液循环的改变。方法采用眼底荧光血管造影(fun-dusfluroresceinangiography,FFA)及吲哚青绿血管造影(indocyaninegreenangiography,ICGA)两种方法对21例42只眼共4种眼底营养不良性疾病进行视网膜和脉络膜血液循环的对比分析。结果4种营养不良性疾病均见到脉络膜毛细血管的充盈迟缓或缺损。结论ICGA可提供眼底营养不良性疾病的确切脉络膜血液循环的信息,对进一步了解这些疾病的有关问题很有帮助。
Objective To observe the change of choroidal blood circulation in a group of malnutrition diseases. Methods Two methods of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green color angiography (ICGA) were used to evaluate the retinal and choroidal blood circulation in 4 eyes of 21 eyes (42 eyes) . Results Four kinds of malnutrition were found to be slow or defective choroidal capillaries. Conclusion ICGA can provide information on the exact choroidal blood circulation of dystrophic ocular fundus and is helpful for further understanding of these diseases.
