游客满意度的测评方法进行了概括和总结,在回顾以往研究经验的基础上选择了多层次模糊综合评价模型。根据模型设计出调查问卷,在湘西自治州进行实地调查,之后运用多层级模糊综合评价方法对问卷调查的数据进行计算,对湘西自治州民俗旅游开发的影响因子作出了相关评价,希望对当地民俗旅游开发起到一定的指导作用。
