中国银行射阳支行是1988年底成立的,建行初期只有14人,现在陆续增加到65人。由于建行时间短,加之大部分同志是从其它单位调进和新招工进行的。因此,人员结构比较复杂,政治业务素质参差不齐。鉴于这种情况,他们坚持“一手抓业务建设、一手抓思想政治工作”的建行方针,在思想政治工作方面进行大胆探索,重点尝试了开展“换位思考”的方法,极大地调动了广大干部职工工作积极性,取得了令人满意的结果。
