现代学徒制是一种在传统理念上开展起来的新型教学制度,这里主要浅要分析其在我国高职院校的发展和未来方向,提出了我国高职院校人才培养的“职业”和“教育”双元融合概念,探讨了现代学徒制发展的关键要素。
