急性会厌炎是对生命有潜在危险的急性声门上区感染性疾患,主要发生在学龄前儿童,而成人少见。但近年来有关成人急性会厌炎的报道有增加的趋势。本文是根据我们在1975年1月～1981月6月治疗的22例或人急性会厌炎,对其临床表现,诊断和治疗等方面进行分析讨论。临床资料一、性别与年龄在22例中男13,女9。年龄16～57岁,其中30岁以下者7例,30岁以上者6例,40岁以上者9例。
Acute epiglottitis is a potentially life-threatening acute supraglottic infectious disease that occurs predominantly in preschool children and in adults. However, there has been an increasing trend in recent years about reports of acute epiglottitis in adults. This article is based on our treatment in January 1975 ~ January 1981 in June or 22 cases of acute epiglottitis, its clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment aspects of the analysis and discussion. A clinical data, sex and age in 22 cases of male 13, female 9. The age of 16 to 57 years, of which 7 were under 30 years of age, 6 patients over the age of 30, 9 cases over the age of 40.
