冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病已成为我国的常见病和多发病,目前对该病的研究已从宏观大体水平深入到微观分子生物学水平。研究表明,多种生化标志物参于动脉粥样硬化发生、发展的各个阶段,推动斑块病变的程度和斑块结构的改变。本文将重点对其中几个主要的生化标志物作一综述。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease has become a common disease and frequently-occurring disease in our country. At present, the research on this disease has gone deep into the macro-level to the level of micro-molecular biology. Studies have shown that a variety of biochemical markers involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis in all stages of the promotion of plaque lesions and plaque structure changes. This article will focus on one of several major biochemical markers to be reviewed.
