改革开放以来,我区农牧区经济持续发展,农牧民的物质生活越来越丰富,相比之下,农村牧区的精神文化生活相对滞后,已经成为制约农村牧区经济社会进一步发展的重要因素。
Since the reform and opening up, the economy in rural areas and pastoral areas has been developing continuously. The material life of peasants and herdsmen has become more and more abundant. In contrast, the spiritual and cultural life in rural pastoral areas has lagged behind. This has become an important factor restricting the further development of rural areas and pastoral areas .
