胃炎冲剂由白花蛇舌草、蒲公英、白芍、炙甘草、苏梗及制香附等组成。临床用于治疗慢性浅表性胃炎及早期萎缩性胃炎,尤其能消除胃粘膜内肠腺上皮化生。本实验证明胃炎冲剂对急性应激性溃疡、水杨酸性溃疡、醋酸性溃疡及幽门结扎性溃疡有明显的防治作用,能增强小鼠的免疫功能,明显促进小鼠胃肠的输送效应,对醋酸扭体法和热板法引起的痛觉刺激有明显的镇痛作用。在累积剂量135.23g/kg时,小鼠未出现明显毒性反应,胃炎冲剂对总胃液量和总酸度的影响不大。
Gastritis granules are composed of Hedyotis diffusa, dandelion, white peony root, licorice root, stalks of stalks, etc. Clinically used for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis and early atrophic gastritis, in particular to eliminate intestinal metaplasia in the gastric mucosa. This experiment proves that the gastritis granules have obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on acute stress ulcers, acidic poplar ulcers, acetic acid ulcers and pyloric ligation ulcers, can enhance the immune function of mice, and obviously promote the gastrointestinal transport effect in mice. Acetic acid writhing and hot plate induced pain stimuli have obvious analgesic effect. At the cumulative dose of 135.23g/kg, there was no significant toxic reaction in mice. Gastritis granules had little effect on total gastric juice volume and total acidity.
