建立共产党员服务站,是大同煤矿集团有限责任公司在第一批先进性教育活动中由集团公司党委书记、董事长彭建勋同志提出,经集团公司党委研究。并手2005年3月在机关党委等十个二级单位党委作为试点展开的。同煤集团化工厂党员服务站是集团公司成立的第一家共产党员服务站,于2005年3月16日正式挂牌成立。下设1个总站,31个分站,共有志愿者180人。党员服务站成立以来,厂党委经过多次研究。围绕“了解民情、反映民意、关怀民需,服务民声,解救民急,赢得民心”这一主题,确立了“有困难找我们,党员服务站竭诚为您服务”的宗旨,在实践中锻炼党员队伍,增强党员的党性观念,为职工群众无偿服务,不讲代价。载至目前,化工厂党员服务站共接待来电来访230人,为群众解决生活难题58件,组织党员为困难户捐款4080元,接受志愿者捐助衣物538件,为23名特困户发放超市优惠卡,各分站的党员志愿者还与全厂30户特困户结成了帮扶对子,帮助他们解决实际困难。党员服务站成了党员锻炼的熔炉,党员展示形象的窗口。厂党委书记于大海说:“我们要将共产党员服务站作为一种长效机制坚持下去,群众碍到甜头,党员也体现了自身价值。更重要的是还发挥了信访部门的作用,将矛盾解决在基层。”由于党员服务站成立以来为群众办了许多实事,使75岁的退休工人马有深受感动。他一生中的最大愿望就是加入中国共产党,看
