本文介绍了汽车排放物催化转化器用的耐氧化性不锈钢箔。在研究了稀土元素对20Cr-5 Al钢箔的耐氧化性影响以后,研制出Fe-20Cr-5 Al-La-Ti合金箔,它的耐氧化性优于含Y钢箔。人们认为由于La降低了氧在Al_2O_3和Cr_2O_3中的扩散率而改善了箔的耐氧化性。高温下箔的耐氧化性取决于在Al_2O_3和Cr_2O_3的界面内形成的Cr_2O_3层。讨论了稀土元素对箔氧化过程的影响。也介绍了箔的产量。
This article describes oxidation resistant stainless steel foils for automotive emissions catalytic converters. After studying the effect of rare earth element on the oxidation resistance of 20Cr-5Al steel foil, the Fe-20Cr-5 Al-La-Ti alloy foil was developed, which has better oxidation resistance than Y steel foil. It is believed that La improves the oxidation resistance of the foil due to the reduced diffusion rate of oxygen in Al 2 O 3 and Cr 2 O 3. The oxidation resistance of foils at high temperature depends on the Cr 2 O 3 layer formed at the interface of Al 2 O 3 and Cr 2 O 3. The effects of rare earth elements on the foil oxidation process are discussed. The production of foil is also introduced.
