古希腊的一位学者说:“头脑不是一个需要被填满的容器,而是一把需要被点燃的火把。”我们教师的责任就是要用自己的思维火花,去点燃学生的生命之火。在整个学习过程中,学生作为一个活生生的人,每个人都有自己的知识、经验,用自己的思考、灵感参加课堂中的活动,往往会出现我们预设之外的智慧火花。因此,在教学中我们如何考虑学情,如何独具慧眼,学会深度追问,善于捕捉,善于引领,我们的教学才能在动态中得到完善,学生才会得到真正的发展。
A scholar from ancient Greece said: “The mind is not a container to be filled, but a torch to be ignited.” Our teacher’s responsibility is to use his own spark of sparks to ignite the life of a student fire. Throughout the learning process, students as a living person, each with their own knowledge, experience, thinking with their own thoughts, and taking part in activities in the classroom often have the spark of wisdom beyond our preconceived notions. Therefore, in teaching we how to consider the learning, how unique insight, learn deep pursuit, good at capturing, good at leading our teaching can be improved in the dynamic, the students will get real development.
