近年来,由心肌炎引起的猝死,在临床上尚不多见.而心肌炎在青年学生中的暴发更为少见.1997年10月初,某中学学生在8d内相继发生了3例因心肌炎导致的高度传导阻滞,其中1例猝死.另外两例抢救及时而恢复正常,现报告如下.例一.男,20岁,同学代诉,9月30日下午,该生感到全身乏力,发热(38.5℃).10月3日体育课运动后,突然倒地,心跳骤停,呼吸衰弱.校医进行了人工呼吸等急救措施,无效而死亡.查体:发育正常,营养略差,无既往病史.
