育人是少先队的本质属性。少先队育人的途径有别于学校、家庭,它是通过弥漫在少年儿童日常生活中的文化载体和文化氛围,传递给少年儿童,使少先队组织在少年儿童的成长过程中发挥教育引导作用。即:通过少先队特有的标志、礼仪、阵地、群体互动、先进典型、组织制度和价值理念,着力营造独具特色的文化氛围,制造少先队的“影响场”,让进入这个“影响场”的少年儿童,都受到这个“影响场”所营造的独特氛围的深刻影响,在他们的成长历程中留下深刻痕迹。
Educating people is the essential property of Young Pioneers. Young Pioneers are different from schools and families in that they provide education to young children through the cultural carriers and cultural atmosphere that permeate their daily lives and enable the Young Pioneers to play an educational and guiding role in the growth of children and adolescents. Namely: through the distinctive signs, etiquette, positions, group interactions, advanced models, organizational systems and values of the Young Pioneers, efforts should be made to create a unique cultural atmosphere and to create “influence fields” for the Young Pioneers so that young people who have entered this “influential field” Children, are deeply affected by the unique atmosphere created by this “influence field” and leave a deep impression on their growth.
