利用四环素的碱解荧光增敏作用,采用同步荧光光谱法结合CARS-SVM建立了猪肉中四环素残留量的分级模型。首先对激发波长为242~360 nm的三维同步荧光光谱进行分析,确定了检测猪肉中四环素残留量的最佳波长差Δλ为70 nm;然后对原始同步荧光光谱进行标准归一化(SNV)预处理后,采用CARS法从中筛选出16个特征波长作为输入变量建立支持向量机(SVM)分类模型。经对比研究发现,SNV-CARS-SVM组合模型对猪肉中的四环素残留量分级的准确率可达95.65%。
Using tetracycline alkali sensitizing fluorescence sensitization, the grading model of tetracycline residues in pork was established by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy combined with CARS-SVM. Firstly, the three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectrum with excitation wavelength of 242-360 nm was analyzed to determine the optimal wavelength difference Δλ for the detection of tetracycline residues in pork was 70 nm. Then, the standard synchronization (SNV) of the original synchronous fluorescence spectrum After processing, 16 feature wavelengths were screened out as the input variables by CARS method to establish support vector machine (SVM) classification model. The comparative study found that SNV-CARS-SVM combination model of tetracycline residues in pork grading accuracy rate of 95.65%.
