本文分析了我国个体私营经济发展中存在的问题 :(一 )传统观念的束缚 ;(二 )缺乏平等的竞争环境 ;(三 )“三乱”问题较多 ,合法权益难以保障 ;(四 )行业结构不尽合理 ,发展后劲不足 ;(五 )个体私营企业主自身的弱点。并提出了若干思路与对策 :(一 )进一步解放思想 ,更新观念 ;(二 )加强法制 ,规范管理 ,支持个体私营经济走规模经营的发展道路 ;(三 )建立、健全私营企业的党、团、工会组织 ,维护工人的合法权益 ;(四 )发挥个协、商会等行业组织的作用 ,提高个体私营企业的自律性 ;(五 )建立合理的个人再分配调节制度。
This article analyzes the problems existing in the development of individual and private economy in our country: (1) the shackles of traditional concepts; (2) the lack of an equal competitive environment; (3) the problem of “three chaos” is more and the legal rights and interests are difficult to protect; (4) The structure is not reasonable and the development potential is not sufficient; and (5) the weaknesses of individual and private enterprise owners themselves. And put forward some ideas and countermeasures: (1) to further emancipate the mind and update concepts; (2) to strengthen the legal system, standardize management and support individual and private economy to take the road of scale operation; (3) to establish and improve the private sector of the party, mission (4) to give play to the role of trade associations and chambers of commerce and other trade organizations in enhancing the self-discipline of individual and private-owned enterprises; (5) to establish a rational system of personal redistribution and adjustment.
