随着现代社会科学技术与经济的不断飞速发展,电力企业在国民经济发展和人民生活中开始起着十分重要的作用。目前,我国的电力企业正在进行电力体制改革,在人民对于电力服务的标准越来越高的新形势下,给电力企业的思想政治工作带来了新的挑战。在改革过程中的思想政治工作出现了一些新问题,需要我们重视。如何加强电力企业的思想政治工作有效的开展,成为我们关注的重点。本文作者就新形势下我国电力企业在开展思想政治工作中所遇到的问题,以及相关的改善方法进行细致的分析与探讨,以供大家学习交流。
With the rapid development of modern social science, technology and economy, power companies have begun to play an important role in the development of the national economy and people’s lives. At present, the electric power enterprises in our country are carrying on the electric power system reform. Under the new situation that people are getting more and more high standards for electric power service, the electric power enterprises have brought new challenges to the ideological and political work. There are some new problems in the ideological and political work in the process of reform, which need our attention. How to strengthen the effective implementation of ideological and political work in power enterprises has become the focus of our attention. The author of this article makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the problems encountered by China’s power enterprises in conducting ideological and political work under the new situation as well as the related improvement methods so as to learn from each other.
