目的观察林蛙油复方冲剂对超重环境下微波辐射大鼠肝脏TGF-β_2mRNA表达的影响。方法Wistar大鼠复制超重环境和微波辐射协同作用动物模型,林蛙油复方冲剂进行干预14d后,采用RT-PCR法检测各组大鼠肝脏TGF-β_2mRNA的表达。结果与空白对照组比较,超重辐射实验组和复方冲剂防护后超重辐射组TGF -β_2mRNA表达显著升高(P<0.05);复方冲剂实验组和复方冲剂防护前超重辐射组TGF-β_2mRNA表达显著降低(P<0.05);复方冲剂防护中超重辐射组TGF-β_2mRNA表达略有降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超重环境和微波辐射协同作用可增强大鼠肝脏TGF-β_2mRNA表达,林蛙油复方冲剂可降低正常大鼠和超重环境下微波辐射大鼠肝脏TGF-β_2 mRNA表达。
Objective To observe the effect of Rana Oil Compound Prescription on the expression of hepatic TGF-β 2 mRNA in rats under overweight environment. METHODS: Wistar rats were used to observe the effect of microwave radiation on mice models. The rats were treated with Rana Oil Mixture for 14 days. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of TGF-β 2 mRNA. Results Compared with the blank control group, the expression of TGF-β 2 mRNA in the over-radiation group and the over-radiation group was significantly increased (P <0.05); the TGF-β 2 mRNA expression in the Fufang and Fufang granules groups was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The expression of TGF-β 2 mRNA in Fufang granules group was slightly decreased, but there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The synergistic effect of overweight environment and microwave radiation can increase the expression of TGF-β 2 mRNA in the liver of rats. Rana Oil Compound Granule can reduce the expression of TGF-β 2 mRNA in the liver of rats under microwave irradiation and over-weight environment.
