近些年来,由于电子技术、材料工艺和封装技术的发展,大大推动了分析器技术的发展,使分析器的可靠性和性能指标都大大提高。原来只限于实验室应用的在线分析技术现在已被广泛应用。 光谱技术是发展最快的分析技术领域。用于过程控制的在线傅里叶变换红外技术(FTIR),近红外技术(NIR)和拉曼光谱法等配合光纤和化学统计学软件,正使过程分析器领域发生一场深刻的单命。
In recent years, due to the development of electronic technology, material technology and packaging technology, the development of analyzer technology has been greatly promoted, and the reliability and performance index of the analyzer have been greatly improved. The original online analytical technology that was limited to laboratory applications is now widely used. Spectroscopy is the fastest growing area of analytical technology. Online Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Near Infrared (NIR) and Raman spectroscopy for process control, coupled with optical fiber and chemometric software, are making a profound hit on the process analyzer.
