公安机关的行政职权可以从事治安调解,治安调解是多元化纠纷解决机制中的重要组成部分,司法最终解决原则决定了治安调解的非终局性,警务活动的专业化需要发挥治安调解的功能。治安调解制度不应取消,需要完善。
The administrative authority of the public security organs can be engaged in public security mediation. Public security mediation is an important component of a wide range of dispute resolution mechanisms. The principle of final solution to the judiciary determines the non-finality of public order mediation. The specialization of police activities requires the function of public order mediation. The system of public order mediation should not be canceled and needs to be improved.
