上海“九五”科技发展规划把先进制造技术列入五大重点发展领域之一,因为它是一切工业的基础,也是衡量一个国家综合实力的标志之一。抓好机电一体化产品的开发,把加工中心制造技术搞上去,是我们机电行业从业人员责无旁贷的历史重任。上海地区开发加工中心,有其辉煌的过去。早在70年代,上海就开发出我国第一代加工中心。它们是上海第二机床厂的THK63100,第四机床厂的XHK6050,第五机床厂的TH5563以及第七机床厂的THK6350等。上海为填补我国机床工业的空白曾作出了应有的贡献。进入80年代,上海第四机床厂先后开发成功了320、400、500、630、800、1000mm的6大系列10多个规格品种的加工中心,并成为以加工中心为主导产品的铣床专业生产厂。

Shanghai Development and Processing Center has its glorious past. As early as the 1970s, Shanghai developed the first generation of machining centers in China. They are THK63100 at Shanghai No.2 Machine Tool Plant, XHK6050 at No.4 Machine Tool Plant, TH5563 at No.5 Machine Tool Plant and THK6350 at No.7 Machine Tool Plant. Shanghai has made its due contribution to filling the gaps in China’s machine tool industry. In the 1980s, Shanghai No. 4 Machine Tool Factory successively developed machining centers of 6 series with more than 10 specifications of 320, 400, 500, 630, 800, and 1000mm, and became a professional manufacturer of milling machines with processing centers as its leading products. .
