近日,新余市政府出台了《关于全面推进企业工资集体协商工作的意见》,明确用六项措施,力争三年推动企业普遍建立工资集体协商制度。一是创造有利于推进企业工资集体协商制度的工作环境。大力宣传推行企业工资集体协商的好典型、好做法,提高企业经营管理者、广大职工和社会各界的认知度和认同感,营造全社会关注、支持、推动工资集体协商的浓厚氛围。二是建立健全职工工资共决三项机制。即工资分配共决机制,工资正常增长机制工资分配监督机制,推动工资集体协商规范化,制度化。
Recently, Xinyu city government promulgated the “Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting Enterprise Collective Bargaining Work”, explicitly using six measures, and strive for three years to promote the common establishment of wage collective bargaining system. First, create a working environment conducive to promoting the collective bargaining system of enterprises. Vigorously publicize and promote the good typical practices of collective bargaining in enterprises so as to raise the awareness and sense of identity among business managers, workers and the general public and create a strong atmosphere of concern, support and promotion of wage collective bargaining among the whole society. Second, establish and improve a total wage of workers decided three mechanisms. That is, the mechanism of wage distribution, the mechanism of wage growth, the mechanism of wage distribution supervision, and the standardization and institutionalization of wage collective bargaining.
