一种新型的静脉β-阻滞剂一甲氧丙心安(Esmolo),化学名称:Methyl3-{4-〔2-hydroxy-3-(isoprophlamino)propoxy〕phenyl}Propionate,能快速控制术后心动过速病人的心率。其优点是用药1～15分钟即可控制心率,作用迅速开始,后又迅速消失。有人用这种半衰期仅有9分钟的药物,对20例病人进行了研究。他们都是心血管外科手术后心室率超过每分钟100次的室上性心动过速患者(无支气管痉挛史、Ⅲ或Ⅳ级充血性心力衰竭史、术后心输出量降低或动脉血压低于90/60mmHg的病人)。研究期间保持原抗心
