随着全球旅游业的日益蓬勃发展,高职旅游管理教育在培养技能型旅游人才方面起着越来越重要的作用。由于经济和教育传统方面的差异,海峡两岸旅游人才培养模式存在一定的差距。本文通过对清远职业技术学院与台湾首府大学旅游管理专业的教学目标、人才培养方案、教学内容、教学方法以及实习安排等进行对比研究,分析两岸高职旅游管理专业教学管理的差异,指出我国高职旅游人才培养中存在的问题,在相互借鉴下,能提升我国高职旅游管理人才培养水平。
With the rapid development of global tourism, higher vocational tourism management education plays an increasingly important role in cultivating skilled tourism talents. Due to the differences in economic and educational traditions, there is a certain gap between the modes of training tourism personnel across the Taiwan Strait. By comparing the teaching objectives, personnel training programs, teaching contents, teaching methods and internship arrangements of tourism management major at Qingyuan Polytechnic College and Taiwan’s Capital University, this paper analyzes the differences of teaching management of tourism management major between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and points out that our country’s high Vocational tourism personnel training problems, learn from each other, can enhance our vocational tourism management personnel training level.
