目前,我国企业界把政治思想工作与企业文化建设相结合,通过企业文化建设来丰富思想政治工作的内涵,拓展思想政治工作的新路子,促进企业发展,提升企业竞争力已成为共识。笔者就新形势下,如何认识思想政治工作与企业文化的建设关系,如何把思想政治工作与企业文化建设相结合,解决企业生产经营的思想问题,促进企业发展,提升企业竞争力提出了自己的认识。
At present, it has become a consensus that the business community in our country should combine political and ideological work with the building of enterprise culture, and enrich the connotation of ideological and political work through the building of enterprise culture. It will also broaden the new path of ideological and political work, promote the development of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Under the new situation, how to recognize the relationship between ideological and political work and the construction of enterprise culture, how to combine the ideological and political work with the construction of enterprise culture, how to solve the ideological problems of production and operation, and to promote the development of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises understanding.
