中职生大多数是中考失败的学生,他们的年纪和普通高中学生相同,都在15-17岁之间,正值豆蔻年华,也是人生的重要时期,他们以后将会成为我国社会劳动力的重要组成部分。中职学校的班主任应正确对待中职生,充分发挥引导作用,让中职生在学校中能够健康成长,使他们将来成为社会的栋梁之才。一、深入分析中职生特点班主任要努力培养中职学生,若想让他们未来可以成为社会的可用之才,最重要的就是要深入地了解和分析中职生。
