教材分析:“成长的故事”综合性学习安排在人教版实验教材四年级上册第七单元。这一单元围绕“成长的故事”专题还安排了导语、两篇精读课文、两篇略读课文和一个语文园地。教材对于本次“综合性学习”是这样安排的:先在“单元导语”中明了本次综合性学习的目的意义,接着在第一篇精读课文《为中华之崛起而读书》之后作具体的布置——“回忆自己成长的经历,并通过阅读、访问、写信等多种渠道,了解别人成长的故事……然后用讲故事、写文章、编短剧、办手抄报等方式,展示学习的收获。”最后教材在语文园地中安排了本次综合性学习的交流展示。
