研究和认识中国特色社会主义法律体系,对于做好立法规划和立法计划,指导和加强立法工作,建设社会主义法治国家,都具有重要意义。近年来,有关方面对这一问题展开了较多研究,形成了一些共识。但需要注意的是,中国特色社会主义法律体系还有不少重要问题,需要我们进一步研究和探讨。本文提出一些个人意见,以期对这一问题的认识略有参考。
To study and understand the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics is of great significance for the legislative planning and legislative planning, guiding and strengthening the legislative work, and building a socialist country ruled by law. In recent years, there have been more studies on this issue by relevant parties and some consensus has been reached. However, it should be noted that there are still many important issues in the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics that require further study and discussion. This article presents some personal opinions, with a view to a little reference to this issue.
