1978年我国开始建立学位制度,先是招收硕士研究生,1981年又开始招收博士研究生。15年来,我所领导的科研组已先后培养了近40名硕士、博士研究生和10余名进修教师。在这些研究生的培养过程中,有一个课程起了很重要的作用,那就是国外行之有效的学术讨论班(Seminar)。具体的做法是,研究生们每学期必需在班上作1～2次报告或汇报。报告的内容可大致概括为四种类型:一是较小规模的文献阅读报告,或称读书报告;二是论文开题报告;
In 1978, China began to establish a degree system, first to recruit master’s degree students, and in 1981 began to recruit doctoral students. In the past 15 years, the scientific research group led by me has trained nearly 40 masters, doctoral students and more than 10 advanced teachers.
