自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）治疗恶性血液病国内正在广泛开展，其缺点是易复发。采用ＡＢＭＴ结合定期维持化疗的方法治疗恶性血液病。结果１４例患者中，９例移植后已持续完全缓解３５～９５个月，中位数为７８个月。证明ＡＢＭＴ结合定期维持化疗，可以减少复发率和延长无病生存期
Autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) is widely used in the treatment of hematological malignancies in China. Its drawback is that it is easy to relapse. Use ABMT combined with regular maintenance chemotherapy to treat hematological malignancies. Results Of the 14 patients, 9 had complete complete remission 35 to 95 months after transplantation, with a median of 78 months. Proves that ABMT combined with regular maintenance of chemotherapy can reduce relapse rates and prolong disease-free survival
